Deliveries from patsibea.co.uk
All items ordered for dispatch to mainland UK have their postal charges detailed. If you require an item dispatched outside of mainland UK please contact us via email or telephone where we will be happy to provide you with charges for delivery. We aim to deliver all 'in stock' goods within 5 working days but cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery caused by anyone other than patsibea.co.uk.  If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you by either telephone or email with a delivery date.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please contact us immediately to advise of the required return. Please note that you will then have 14 days to return the product to us. Once the product has been returned in its original packaging your paypal account will be refunded with the original purchase amount.
